北陸の大雨で被害にあわれた方へ謹んでお見舞い申し上げます。

Dear All Members.
I am Furukawa, the representative.
We want to express our heartfelt sympathy to those affected by the heavy rains in Hokuriku.
Sudden heavy rains are often unpredictable and disappoint past weather predictions.
There are still typhoons coming, so please be careful.
＜活動＞ <Activities>
１．シンガポールでBtoC向けフグの試食イベント実施。
山口県さんから委託を受けて、MRTタンジョンパカー駅上の広場にて、現地レストランの協力を得て、一般人向けにトラフグの試食を行います。
徐々にフグ食が浸透しているシンガポールにおいて、日本酒とフグのカップリングを提供して、魅力の拡大に努めます。
Holding a BtoC fugu tasting event in Singapore.
Commissioned by Yamaguchi Prefecture, we will hold a Torafugu-tasting event for the general public in cooperation with local restaurants at the square above Tanjong Pagar MRT station. As fugu cuisine is gradually becoming more popular in Singapore, we will strive to increase its appeal by offering a pairing of sake and fugu.

２．シンガポールFHA HoReCa展示会
10/22~25でシンガポールEXPOにて開催されるFHAのHoReCa（ホテル、レストラン、カフェ向け）BtoBの展示会に下関の２業者で出展します。
シンガポール最大の食品展示会FHA（フードホテルアジア）の縮小版です。日本産フグの魅力を発信したいと思います。
Singapore FHA HoReCa Exhibition
Two Shimonoseki companies will be exhibiting at FHA's HoReCa (for hotels, restaurants, and cafes) BtoB exhibition at the Singapore EXPO from October 22nd to 25th.
This is a smaller version of Singapore's most prominent food exhibition, FHA (Food & Hotel Asia). We hope to spread the word about the appeal of Japanese fugu.
３．インバウンド向けフグのイベント
全国海水魚養魚協会さんから依頼を受け、インバウンド向けのイベントを行うことになりました。詳細は次回となりますが、日本産養殖とらふぐの消費拡大活動の一環です。国際ふぐ協会が運営して、良いイベントになるように調整していきます。
Inbound Fugu Event
We received a request from the Japan Mariculture Association to hold an inbound event. Details will be provided in the following newsletter, but this is part of an effort to increase the consumption of farmed Torafugu produced in Japan. The International Fugu Association will manage the event and make arrangements to make it great.
４．タイ王国向けフグ
微笑みの国、タイ王国へ向けて日本からフグ輸出の希望者と話し合いがありました。
現地のサポート体制もあるので、詳細を伺っております。
先日、国際ふぐ協会から日本政府に対して、下記５カ国地域に輸出規制の撤廃を申し入れました。
台湾、アメリカ、中国、香港、ベトナム。
これにタイ王国も加えることができるか？ですが、サポートできるよう心がけたいと考えています。
4. Pufferfish for the Kingdom of Thailand
We have had discussions with someone hoping to export fugu from Japan to the Land of Smiles, the Kingdom of Thailand.
We have a local support system, so we ask for more details.
The International Fugu Association recently requested the Japanese government to lift export restrictions for the following five countries and regions:
Taiwan, the United States, China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
Can Thailand be added to this list? We are unsure but would like to do our best to provide support.
