こんにちは、代表の古川です。
２月は全国で暖かい日が続き、冬が急いで過ぎ去ろうとしているようです。
トラフグは秋の彼岸から春の彼岸までと言われていましたが、
早くも花粉がピークとなっているとのこと。温暖化で季節が狂っているようです。
Dear Members,
Hello, this is Furukawa, the representative.
In February, warm days continued across the country, and winter quickly passed.
It was said that tiger puffers can be seen from the autumn equinox to the spring equinox, but pollen has already peaked. It seems like the seasons are going crazy due to global warming.

1. 第２１回シーフードショー大阪が開催されました。

ACTホールにて多くのバイヤーが来店いただきました。

2. シーフードショーでは新たな養殖場さん達もご訪問いただき、当会に加入いただきました。陸上養殖場が増えているようです。
当会事務局は陸上養殖研究会（代表：廣野育生 東京海洋大学 教授）も運営し
ていますので、是非ご興味ある方は下記ページをご確認ください。
2. At the seafood show, new fish farms visited and joined our association. Land-based fish farms are on the rise.
Our secretariat also operates the Land-based Aquaculture Study Group (Representative: Ikuo Hirono, Professor, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology).

3. 農林水産物及び食品の輸出の促進に関する実行計画が2月19日付で変更・公表されました。
今回は新たに、中国等による「ALPS処理水放出に伴う日本産水産物の輸入停止」の課題等が追加されました。
3. The implementation plan for promoting the export of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products and food was revised and announced on February 19th.
This time, new issues have been added, such as the suspension of imports of Japanese marine products due to the release of ALPS-treated water by China and other countries.
フグのターゲット国は中国と台湾です。
台湾は当会もしっかりとサポートしておりますが、現在中国は輸出の糸口が見つかりません。香港は、香港側からフグの安全な消費の観点からフグを輸入する準備ができていないとの回答があったため、上記2カ国・地域への働きかけを優先するとされました。
当会は諦めずに進めたいと考えています。
Our target countries are China and Taiwan.
Our association provides solid support for Taiwan, but we need help finding a way to export to China. We received a response from the Hong Kong side that it was not ready to import Fugu from the perspective of safe consumption, so it was decided that priority would be given to reaching out to the above two countries and regions.
We want to move forward without giving up.
4. 当会韓国代表の李氏より、韓国のフグ衛生確保のルールについていくつか疑問をいただきました。どうやら日本と食べ方以外も異なるところが多々あるようです。
当会技術顧問の長島教授よりサポートしていただき、今月ソウルにて話し合いを行います。フグ消費地としても歴史のある韓国のフグ食文化を深掘りしてきたいと思っています。
4. Mr. Lee, our Korean representative, asked us about the rules to ensure pufferfish hygiene in Korea. There are many differences from Japan other than the way they eat.
With the support of Professor Nagashima, our technical advisor, we will hold discussions in Seoul this month. I want to delve deeper into Korea's pufferfish-eating culture, which has a long history as a pufferfish-consumption region.
