こんにちは、代表の古川です。
能登半島地震により被害に遭われた皆さまへ心よりお見舞いを申し上げます。
正月から地震と航空事故など相次ぎ不安な幕開けとなりました。
12月の国内フグの販売状況はカニやブリの安値に引っ張られて、あまり注目されず、
中国からの活トラフグの輸入も相まって、相場は盛り上がらなかった様子です。
当会も台湾政府からの問い合わせに年末まで各地を訪問するなどして対応いたしました。
本年も活動的に頑張ってまいりますので、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
Dear Members,
Hello, this is Furukawa, the representative.
We want to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
The New Year began with earthquakes and airline accidents, leading to an uneasy start.
Domestic Fugu sales in December did not attract much attention due to the low prices of crab and yellowtail.
Coupled with the import of live tiger puffer fish from China, the market price was not rising.
Our association also responded to inquiries from the Taiwanese government by visiting various locations until the end of the year.
I will do my best to be active again this year, so I appreciate your continued support.

1. Last year's "Internationalization of Fugu Food Culture" lecture was published in the Food Hygiene Journal.
2. Fugu trade information
Unfortunately, pufferfish do not have an HS code, which is used when producing trade statistics. Therefore, the exact amount of trade cannot be determined.
Our association receives inquiries from the Taiwanese government and other organizations and must respond to them.
We request that all our exporter members cooperate to provide us with your Fugu export information below.
We do not disclose information about individual companies.

３．自治体からのインタビュー
ある自治体からシンガポール、マレーシアのフグの現状調査のため、
本市が今後展開するべき効果的な施策を生産者と共に検討していくための基礎資料を作りたいとのことでインタビューをお受けしました。
インタビュワーはシンガポールのマーケティング会社だったのですが、現在日本全国の各自治体からプロモーションの依頼が殺到しているとのことです。
このことからますます現地レストランや量販店でのプロモーションコストが高くなり、効果が薄れるのではないかと危惧しています。
3. Interview from local government
A local government is seeking information on the current status of Fugu in Singapore and Malaysia. The interview was because the local government wanted to create basic materials for the city to consider with producers on practical measures that should be implemented in the future.
The interviewer was from a marketing company in Singapore. He says requests for promotions from local governments across Japan are currently inundated.
It may make promotion more costly and less effective at local restaurants and mass retailers.
４．石川県産フグ
地震のあった北陸エリアは日本でも有数の天然フグの産地です。特に輪島地区のマフグやゴマフグの水揚げは多く、日本中にファンもいます。
春が最漁期とのことで、定置網や船が心配されますが、復旧後は当会でもできるだけフォローをしたいと考えております。
皆さんからのアイデアがあれば是非ともご連絡願います。
4. Fugu from Ishikawa Prefecture
The Hokuriku area where the earthquake occurred is one of Japan's leading producers of wild Fugu. In particular, the Wajima area catches many Mafugu and Gomafugu, and they have fans all over Japan.
Since spring is the best fishing season, there are concerns about setnets and fishing vessels, but we would like to follow up as much as possible after the situation is restored.
