1) First of all, the pufferfish study session with the Singapore Food Agency SFA
Professor Nagashima of the Niigata University of Agriculture explained the talks and questions in the pufferfish study session with the Singapore government last year.
2) Regarding the national standardization of the certification criteria for pufferfish processing by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, Mr. Kamei, Chairman of the National Fugu Federation, gave a lecture on the current problems with the Fugu license, how the Fugu license was unified, and future national certifications.
3) I explained the IFA's promotion activities of pufferfish in Singapore.
