We organized the first Japanese pufferfish business meeting in Singapore in collaboration with JF ZENGYOREN.
It was held at a premier Chinese restaurant on the 60th floor of the UOB building. The program included Fugu beginners' seminar and tasting of Fugu prepared in Chinese style. The Sushi World Cup champion in Singapore made pufferfish sushi.
